1. What is the Executive
One-On-One program?
An Executive One-on-One session
is a conversation with someone who has “been there and done that”.
It is a conversation with someone who can take an unbiased and
non-emotional view but can also feel and adopt the passion a leader
feels for what they and their company can be. Executive
One-on-One sessions do not replace sessions with peer executives
or board members, but they do provide a different, experienced
sounding board and viewpoint.
An Executive One-On-One session
is a chance for you to take your concerns, dreams, questions,
and problems out of the office and discuss them in as much detail
as you want with an experienced and interested, but independent,
party.
Executive One-On-One sessions
are generally in person, but telephone and e-mail are also used.
In these sessions any topic is fair game, and the focus is on
defining goals, issues, and alternatives.
One-on-one engagements can
be short term or long term and are customized to fit your needs.

2. Why did you start this program and how can I benefit?
Some of the most difficult,
misunderstood, and lonely jobs are at the very top of companies.
Regardless of the size of a company the key individuals often
find themselves in a position where there is no one they can talk
to inside (or even outside) the company. This is especially
true in startup companies, companies experiencing rapid growth,
or companies facing other challenges. Executives in these
situations are often expected to have all of the answers and can't
realistically discuss all options, their concerns, or other issues
with their staff. WJH has the ability to bring a hands-on
understanding of this problem and provide a unique service to
address it. The Executive One-on-One Program provides someone
to talk to on a regular basis to discuss anything ranging from
corporate strategy to the frustrations of the office.

3. How do you charge for this?
There is no charge for an initial session to discuss the program,
its options, and your initial issues. We will discuss whether
you want a single session, an occasional session that is scheduled
as needed, or a regularly scheduled periodic session. Like
all WJH services, the Executive One-On-One serve is custom designed
to fit your particular needs.
Fees range from an hourly charge for limited sessions to a retainer
for a certain number of hours per month. After the initial
session we provide a detailed fee estimate for your consideration.
