Tax Law Changes

UPDATED 4/24/2008  -The Texas Comptroller's office has announced a 30 day extension to submit Texas Margin Tax returns this year withour penalty.  The initial May 15th due date was extended due to issues with the complexity of the new rules and the fact that the Comptroller's office had been slow in releasing forms and instructions.  For more information regarding the Margin Tax see the "Texas Margin Tax FAQ".
